  General Notes:

The 1841 british census records Mary as living with her husband and children at Parish House, Benley, Cuckfield Sussex and in the 1851 census, the year she is widowed, she is a nurse in the household of James Bourne, but her family is at Parish House, she was still there for the 1861 census. In 1871 she is at 28 Marylebone Lane, St Thomas Portman Square.

The 1881 British census records Mary as a 75 y.o. widowed grandmother living in the household of her widowed daughter, Elizabeth and grandchildren at Ledbury Street, Camberwell Surrey.
