Medical Notes: From Yass Courier 6/3/1867: Layton Mr. James of Albury died last Saturday afternoon aged 42 years after becoming infected with blood poisoning from a dead sheep. Born Campbelltown in 1824. He was a wholesale butcher. He was buried in R C Cemetery Albury, NSW, Australia. Noted events in his life were: • source.
