Thomas Tuplin

  General Notes:

'I believe he (Thomas Tupling) was been born 1686 or before as I feel confident that a first marriage to a Mary Smith in Swallow, in 1707, was his. It is unlikely that he was much younger than 21. At some point he went to Keelby and there were children (Anna & William) born to him and Mary though they did not survive childhood apparently. I haven't found a burial of Mary, nor a marriage to his second wife Frances, but in 1713 the first of the children with Frances given as the mother was baptised Christopher. Other sons were John (my antecedent), James, Thomas, Benjamin and William (Tilke connection)'
