Three sons of Mr & Mrs Frederick Riddle, of Burrendulla, answered the calls for recruits. One son, George, has been killed, Ernie is in Egypt and Jack (youngest) left on Saturday last for camp. This is in truth, a warrior family. We heartily congratuate Mr & Mrs Riddle on letting their sons go and the boys themselves on realizing unanimously their stern duty. Good lads! May they have rapid promotion and a speedy and safe return to their worthy parents.
