Jessie's daughter, Katherine Isabel INGLES was my mother's grandmother. I always felt sorry for Catherine STUMBLES, in a strange land alone with 3 young children at just 31 years old, however she married well the second time, and Mr. Hewett became a parliamentarian, and had come to the colony on a chartered ship, so I imagine he was well off. He would have needed to be with all those children to raise.
