DIVORCE COURT.
Before Mr Justice Mann in the Practice Court yesterday, Arthur Bruce Chamberlin, 29 years of age, of Otira road, Caulfield, assistant factory manager, sought a divorce from Catherine Chamberlin, 29 years of age, of Coleraine, on the grounds of her misconduct with John Percival Haines of Mordialloc, foreman The parties were married on December 17, 1912. at Prahran and there are two children. In an affidavit Chamberlin stated that in January this year he received a letter from his wife containing an admission of misconduct with Haines. Haines, in an answering affidavit, denied the allegation made against him. A decree nisi was granted with costs against the co-respondent. Chamberlin was given the custody of the two children Mr L. S. Woolf (instructed by Messrs.Pavey, Wilson and Cohen) appeared for the petitioner.
