Catherine Bayliss Otley
On Tuesday, April 29, 2003, at Mount Vernon Hospital, Catherine B. Otley, of Alexandria, Virginia, beloved wife of the late Wilbur Harold Otley. Survived by two nieces, Marleen B. Conner and Patricia B. Owens; one great-nephew, Carroll W. Owens, III; one great-niece, Catherine O. Garland. Also survived by four great-great nieces and one great-great-nephew. Graveside services on Saturday, May 3, at 11 a, m. at Mt. Comfort Cemetery, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
